This time the speculation making the rounds through the tech press is focusing on the thickness of Apple’s next iPad, which iLounge reports could be .7 mm thicker than the iPad 2. Jeremy Horowitz said that the tablet will get the extra girth thanks to twin light-bars necessary to support a higher-resolution display.

Also, iPad 2 will be drop down in price to $399.99
- THE DESIGN? -
The next iPad will adopt the design of the iPhone 4S.
INCLUDES A THUNDERBOLT PORT? - MAYBE.
Asian sources have hinted that Apple's iPad 3 will arrive in Spring 2012 - and will have an all-new connector.
ITS COLORS? - YES!

- SIRI? - - YES!
There is no reason why Apple should leave out SIRI.
A BETTER CAMERA? - YES!
Maybe 8Megapixels+
Finally! both front and back cameras are getting the upgrade.
FACETIME HD? - MAYBE.
Seeing that the Facetime App is available for the iPhone, iPad, iPod, and the Mac.
Facetime [HD] would required a new app to be developed by Apple.
THE RELEASE DATE?
The iPhone 5 will be release after the iPad 3.
This means the iPad 3 is scheduled for release in Spring 2012,
and the iPhone 5 is to be release in the Fall of 2012.
